Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns on products unless faulty so please choose carefully.

We are very proud of the standard of our pieces so if you believe an item to be faulty in anyway please email dana@blackphins.co.nz and we will be happy to accommodate your request as we believe you should receive only but the best. We have a 30 day warranty in place so please email us as soon as possible. 

Payments back will be made via stripe, AfterPay or Paypal back to your credit card.

For our rings we have a ring guide for each item. Please use this to be sure that the size you are ordering is correct for you to avoid extra shipping costs with the returning and re ordering of items. This also applies to our clothing range - we are happy to change sizes but shipping costs will be incurred.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer an exchange or return for any earring product.
